The Role: 

As the new Legal Recruitment Consultant your responsibilities will include: 

• Building & growing a client portfolio using commercial information to identify organisations that have current or future recruitment needs including global multinationals and SMEs
• Developing client contact strategies & conduct business development calls
• Scheduling & attending pitches with prospective clients
• Consulting & engaging with clients to understand their needs & sell the most appropriate solution for attracting the right candidates
• Networking in industry, sector & specialism to become an expert in market
• Identifying, attracting & engaging with potential candidates
• Interviewing candidates to understand their requirements & gain valuable market information

The Successful Legal Recruitment Consultant will: 

• Have at least 12-18 months of demonstrated recruitment or sales experience, or alternatively legal training (either academic only or with experience working in the industry in the Legal Sector)
• Be highly motivated, ambitious & driven by success
• Have confidence working within a target-driven environment
• Hold a passion for progression 
• Have a strong academic background and a proven track record of success
