Clinical Negligence Solicitor
A stellar opportunity has arisen for a qualified Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a specialist and dedicated Clinical Negligence pursuer department in Edinburgh.
Our client is currently seeking an NQ – 5 years’ PQE with either a pursuer or defendant background. The firm is also interested in hearing from ambitious, passionate individuals with a litigation background who are looking to move into clinical negligence work.
Due to the continued success of the team, and the firm, it is now looking for an experienced Clinical Negligence Solicitor to assist in the further development of its Clinical Negligence department. You will be working on a variety of work and have experience in managing a Clinical Negligence caseload. As the successful candidate you will be handing your own caseload of high-quality pursuer Clinical Negligence work across all medical specialist areas.
This opportunity offers scope to be involved in high-caliber clinical negligence matters with an award-winning pursuer firm. The team is offering hybrid working with only 1 day required in the office per week alongside a competitive package and remuneration.
