I am working with a prestigious Top 50 Firm in Birmingham who are looking for a Corporate Solicitor.
They are looking for a junior Corporate Solicitor to advise on the following: -
Private company acquisitions and disposals
Private company reorganisations
Setting up corporate structures, preparing shareholders agreements
Joint ventures for both private and public sector clients
General corporate matters including corporate governance
I am looking to speak to Corporate Solicitors (1-3yrs PQE) with relevant experience ideally from a strong national or regional firm.
