Our client is looking to appoint a Commercial Litigation Solicitor in their Leeds office. This is a great opportunity for a mid level lawyer to join a national law firm with an established disputes team.

Description

The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will join a large disputes practice and will work closely with the Partners in the team. The successful candidate will support the Partners with supervising juniors in the team. You will pick up your own caseload of work which will include contractual claims, breach of warranty claims, partner and shareholder disputes, professional negligence claims and construction related claims. The team advise a range of businesses across varied sectors.

Profile

You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor who is likely to be around 3- 6 years PQE. You will have ties to Leeds and be confident to deal with your own caseload. Please note the level identified is a guide only and does not preclude those with more or less applying for the role.
