Junior Clinical negligence solicitor sought for well established specialist team in leading firm

This leading clinical negligence department, situated within a national firm, has same outstanding and very reputable clinical negligence practitioners. They are now looking for a additional junior solicitor to join the team. You will be supporting a senior fee earners while running your own case load


Role
You will be managing your own caseload of clinical negligence cases of varying values and will be responsible for the day to day running of those files. You will also be expected to assist other members of the team as and when required.


Key skills
In order to be considered, you will have to :
* be a qualified solicitor or have completed a seat in clinical negligence during your training contract, and be close to qualifying
* have a genuine interest in clinical negligence as a discipline in which you wish to specialise
* be a self starter, willing to work on your own caseload as well as support more senior fee earner
* be willing to be involved with marketing and business development initiatives
