Role in brief

  • Job Title: Solicitor or Legal Executive
  • Location: Coventry
  • Salary: £45,000 - £65,000
  • Reports to: Partner
  • Expertise: Ideally experience in Catastrophic or complex multitrack EL/PL or RTA work. Both defendant and claimant experience will be considered.

High-value technical work

The team is looking for solicitors and qualified legal executives with a real aptitude for complex work. Any experience and interest in advocacy work would also be welcome.

Depending on the level of experience, successful candidates will support more experienced catastrophic injury lawyers or undertake their own caseloads of complex injury work. Ideal candidates should already have strong litigated experience and ideally some experience of complex issues such as of causation.

Strong client care and relationship building skills wanted

The successful applicants will gain access to the highest quality of work. They will also be encouraged to develop strong client relationships, and, for the more experienced candidates, there are also opportunities to get involved at a more operational level.

The Coventry team, though small, is expanding rapidly and already acts for an impressive range of 'blue chip' clients who instruct on high quality large loss cases including RTA and EL/PL matters.

Unparalleled opportunities to progress

The firm has put in place a career progression framework which will be discussed with all candidates at interview. This framework is designed to afford candidates a tailored approach to their development and has delivered real results in helping colleagues achieve their goals.

The long-term trajectory of the team is really exciting, with opportunities to progress as your career evolves.
