Senior Associate in Real Estate – Leeds

I am looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate into the Real Estate team based in Leeds of this major global law firm

You will be joining their real estate team in Leeds, one of the leading and most well-established teams in the city. They have one of the largest full service Real Estate teams of any global law practice and are consistently ranked in directories worldwide. They act for 62 of the FTSE 100, 58 of the Fortune 100 and 92 of the Fortune 200 and are also on the panels of 25 major international banks and several hundred national and international companies.

This firm’s leading real estate team provides intelligent real estate advice on a domestic and international level. Their service combines pragmatic commercial advice with award-winning technological innovations tailored to their client’s needs.

The Role

As part of this role you can expect to be involved in:

• Managing your own caseload from start to end with support of experienced team members if required;
• Act on premium asset management work;
• Advising clients on a number of transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, leases, etc;
• Assessment management for both landlord and tenant;
• All other transactions that the role will require.

Skills and experience:

To be successful in this role you will need to hold the following skills and experiences:

• Minimum 4 years PQE
• Team player;

• Enthusiastic;
• Well organised;
• Strong communicator;
• Positive ‘can do’ approach;
• Motivated
• Strong A-levels;
• Awarded a 2.1 at degree level;
• Successfully completed a training contract or alternative qualifying route;
