Real Estate Solicitor - Commercial Property
Crawley, West Sussex
An opportunity for an experienced solicitor to join one of the very best firms in the region. An award-winning practice, ranked and with legal 100 status offering hybrid working and a modern approach to legal practice.
The commercial property team deal with a broad mix of matters acting for landlords, tenants, investors and “non profit” charity organisations.. This particular role will have a focus on secured lending transactions on behalf of appointed panel lenders and land transactions for a major registered charity client with a large property portfolio. There will be other matters to deal with also including freehold and leasehold acquisitions, disposals, property investment portfolio management for retail/ industrial units/office premises.
The team look for technically skilled lawyers with a commercial outlook, a pragmatic approach to their work and a desire to grow their practice and business develop.
If you have at least 3yrs PQE in a commercial property team the Partners would be very keen to speak to you!
Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE but will be competitive plus an excellent benefits package including healthcare, season ticket loan and life assurance.
