Corporate Solicitor/Associate - 1-3 PQE - Birmingham

New opening for a talented corporate solicitor to join this first-rate international firm in Birmingham.

Our client has an excellent reputation for corporate law and is home to a team which handles high quality transactional work including corporate M&A, private equity and financing work on behalf of major clients operating across a range of sectors.

The partners are keen to appoint a corporate solicitor with a minimum of 1 year corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a lawyer practising in the local market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London.
