Are you an experienced Conveyancer working an unmanageable caseload? This Home working Conveyancing opportunity with a capped conveyancing caseload could be for you!
I am currently working with one of the UK's leading Conveyancing firms which specialises in a home working model.
The firm is offering an envious basic salary dependent on your level of experience with quarterly bonuses paid on achievable KPIs with one lawyer allocated to one client, ensuring a 5-star service all round. This firm is passionate about delivering excellent client service.
Within this role, they are offering a capped caseload working from home on a full-time basis handling a caseload of freehold and Leasehold sale and purchase files from start to finish.
To be considered, you will have at least 3 years’ conveyancing experience carrying your own mixed residential caseload of residential freehold and ideally leasehold, with any experience handling new build properties, unregistered properties and complex chains being highly desirable.
This is a full-time role.
Along with flexible working (around a 10am-4pm core hours system) this firm offers up to 28 days holiday, private medical Bupa, paid professional memberships, progression opportunities, life assurance, in-house counselling service and more.
