Excellent opening for a lead real estate partner to join the Birmingham office of this progressive, forward moving law firm.

Our client is a next generation national law firm with robust financials and a network of thriving UK offices.

In line with the firm's strategic investment plan, the firm is keen to appoint an experienced real estate partner to lead and drive forward the firm's real estate offering in Birmingham. This role would suit an existing partner already practising in the Midlands and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the Midlands from another centre or London.

As an experienced real estate partner, you'll bring proven technical skills including a solid track record of leading on good sized transactions and the ability to support and lead junior lawyers. You'll have demonstrable networking, marketing and business development skills as well as the ability to build strong relationships with new and existing clients. The ability to help drive incremental growth in the team would be of particular interest to the firm's management team.
