The Role

The IP Disputes team require and Associate (0-5 years PQE) The IP Disputes team has gained great recognition for Acting in high profile, high value litigation with a strong international element, as well as handling portfolio management for a diverse range of global clients. The team is currently acting in litigation in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and General Court (CJEU) on a full range of patents disputes. They act for leading companies in the life sciences, digital business, transport & automotive, retail & consumer and energy sectors. The sector-focused approach ensures that valuable expertise Is key in which their clients operate and all Associate hold a deep understanding of the issues that they face.

The cases they work on often gain international media attention and the level of complexity is at the highest level.

The Requirements

• Russell Group University or International equivalent (Minimum 2:1)
• Qualified Solicitor (Foreign Qualified applicants welcome)
• Training contract at recognised City law firm
• Right to work in the UK (However, Tier 2 Sponsorship can be offered)
• The desire to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial team
