The Role

The IP Transactions team require a Partner. They handle a broad diet of intellectual property work, from tech, patents and designs, to copyright and software in complex, high-value M&A transactions. The team works alongside other core practice areas at the Firm - including the Corporate/M&A, Restructuring, and Tax practices - on all technology and IP aspects of private and public corporate transactions, including M&A, spin-offs, divestitures, joint ventures, restructuring and financing.

The practice seamlessly integrates technical expertise, commercial awareness, in-depth market knowledge and a robust infrastructure, and consistently leverages the cooperation between the teams in London and the United States.

The IP Transactions team require a Partner with 6 years + PQE that can immerse themselves in working alongside a pioneering team dealing with a wide range of matters with the highest degree of complexity. The current client base is unprecedented at this juncture, and the team thrive on the exceptional level of work.

The Requirements

• Russell Group University or International equivalent (Minimum 2:1)
• Qualified Solicitor (Foreign Qualified applicants welcome)
• Training contract at recognised City law firm
• Right to work in the UK (However, Tier 2 Sponsorship can be offered)
• The desire to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial team
