The Role

The Capital Markets team require an Associate. They are recognised for their vast experience in U. and international finance and capital markets transactions. The team represent issuers and sponsors internationally on high yield offerings, registered equity offerings, investment grade offerings, restructurings, debt tender/consent solicitations, private placements and preferred securities offerings. The practice represents a mixture of issuers and sponsors on IPOs and debt offerings, preferred stock offerings and registered exchange offerings.

The firm's capability in high-yield products is immense. The team leverage the relationships they have built with private equity sponsors on transactions across multiple jurisdictions, reinforcing their reputation for excellence, especially across Europe and the US.

The Capital Markets team require an Associate with 0-5 years PQE that can immerse themselves in working alongside a pioneering team dealing with a wide range of matters with the highest degree of complexity. The Requirements

• Russell Group University or International equivalent (Minimum 2:1)
• Qualified Solicitor (Foreign Qualified applicants welcome)
• Training contract at recognised City law firm
• Right to work in the UK (However, Tier 2 Sponsorship can be offered)
• The desire to work in a fast paced and entrepreneurial team
