You won't gain a richer variety of work than at this firm. The catastrophic injury team specialises in non-volume, complex injury work involving serious life-changing injuries including head and spinal injuries. These roles are designed to offer fantastic training and to help you sharpen your litigation skills in this highly sought-after area of personal injury including working on files of £1m+.
Successful candidates will be paired with experienced fee earners who are among some of the leading catastrophic injury lawyers in the country. These candidates in turn will be developed by the team as they rise through the department.
As such, you gain real exposure to the litigation process as well as file management and strategy. The team has a dynamic and fast-paced environment working with the leading insurers in the market as well as large corporate entities across a range of sectors.
Remote working - 4 days per week
The team encourages working flexibly as a matter of policy. Colleagues are required to attend the office one or two days per week while being otherwise free to work from home. Most teams work only one day in the office with 4 days working from home.
