Stunning US law firm in the most beautifully modern and state of the art offices is looking to hire a new Client Services Supervisor to help lead their Client Services team.  This firm has a reputation second to none for retaining staff and for having a supportive and enthusiastic business services team with a  Front of House team which is absolutely fantastic.

 

Client Services Supervisor duties and responsibilities will include:

 

 

 

  • To provide a first class range of reception, switchboard and catering services to the firm’s internal and external clients, whilst leading and supervising the team to ensure a seamless service is provided. To supervise the provision of catering and hospitality services, within the client services area. To support the Client Services Manager with the general development of the above services to ensure the delivery of efficient and effective client service to the firm.

 To supervise, motivate and lead the reception team members on all aspects of client services and service delivery whilst continuing to provide a hands on role of receptionist – lead by example.

 

  • To supervise meeting room bookings, events and to ensure all relevant information is obtained and action accordingly. Liaise with other departments regarding IT set-ups and furniture moves and encourage the teams to have a positive working relationship with all departments. Book taxis and oversee the taxi bookings made by members of the team. To implement new ideas and procedures to ensure a 5* customer service is provided. To oversee and supervise the work flow of the reception team, providing full training and knowledge of all admin tasks where required. To prepare and update the reception rota, ensuring overtime is distributed fairly within the team. To assist the Client services manager with reviewing the team uniform annually. To meet and liaise with the hospitality manager to review and confirm catering for upcoming events weekly. To liaise with the Client Services manager with regard to external providers for taxis, flowers, catering and plants with any queries, or complaints. To review and complete green forms for invoices, requesting authorisation from relevant supervisors and managers where required. To liaise with accounts with regards to any invoice queries.

Client Services Supervisor applicants will need at least 12 months’ experience of leading or supervising a  Front-of-House/Client Services team, ideally from a law firm and believe and offer both a first-class service.
