Commercial Technology and Data Solicitor - Crawley or Milton Keynes - Private Practice


Mid Sized, Greater London, firm has retained us to recruit a talented and ambitious Commercial Technology and Data Solicitor due to continued expansion.

The Firm
This is a highly successful, mid sized, firm who offer expert advice to a multitude of clients spanning a wide variety of industries and sectors. Their client base includes start ups and SME's to multinational household names.
The Team
The Commercial Team handle a truly varied workload, meaning you will gain fantastic experience though exposure to quality work, from Commercial contracts to corporate support to competition law.
The Role
You will enjoy a non-contentious commercial contracts caseload. Mainly consisting of drafting, advising on and negotiating agency, distribution, data protection, franchising, IT related agreements, licensing and exploitation of intellectual property, other standard and bespoke commercial contracts and agreements. You will further gain experience of corporate support work.

In addition the work will from time to time include:
· partnerships and LLPs;
· competition law;
· asset finance and consumer credit.


The Candidate

You will have solid experience of non contentious commercial contracts. You will be a keen negotiator and hold a sound academic record.
