Technical Litigation Solicitor - Liverpool - £32,000 - £40,000
Dynamic, progressive Liverpool practice is looking to further augment the Litigation department with the addition of an ambitious Technical Litigation Solicitor.
The 12 strong litigation team continues to go from strength to strength, they deal with a variety of Civil Litigation matters (HDR, PI, Data breach, knotweed, financial, etc) currently and now have an exciting opening for a recently qualified (NQ-4) Technical Litigation Solicitor.
The role will see you handle a small number of technically complex cases working closely with external Counsel, these cases have never been tried before and are truly cutting edge. The cases require a real attention to detail and it is hoped you will be focused and diligent with a real eye for potential technical issues.
It is expected you will have in excess of three years litigation experience in total (during training or prior to starting a training contract will suffice) and be a confident self starter with the right attitude to learning and professional development. All litigation experience can be considered as long as you boast a degree of technical prowess!
