Join a well-regarded and busy family department in Newton Abbot, Devon, as their new Family Law Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive; working as a part of a progressive and well-ranked team, you will have the chance to enhance your career and knowledge base as an invaluable member of the business.
The Role:
- The Family Law Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive will work with one of the largest specialist teams in the South West Representing children, parents and grandparents who are the subject of care proceedings
- You will also cover private law matters including divorce and financial matters
- This is a mixed role handling both public and private work
About You:
- 2-4 PQE+ required
- Ideally, you will be a member of the Children’s Panel or close to receiving your accreditation
- As the new Family Law Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive you will have a track record of developing businesses and supporting more junior fee earners
