Family Solicitor (mid-senior level)
A fabulous opportunity has arisen for a talented Family solicitor to join a highly-successful practice based in London.
You will have a solid background in a full range of general private Family matters, gained at a respected firm, with proven fee-earning experience, and excellent client care skills.
This practice is flexible with regard to experience levels; however, you must be able to run your own caseload as you will be working alone. Family membership or working towards such would be an advantage but is not a prerequisite for applying.
The role will entail advising and representing clients in all types of family matters including divorce and resolving the family finances, cohabitee disputes, children issues, nuptial agreements and injunctions.
This is a discreet appointment and any application will be treated in the utmost confidence. The position has the potential to develop rapidly, with a view to take a substantial role in the Family Department.
