Funds/Finance Solicitor - PSL - Part Time

OUR CLIENT

A Global investment manager

THE ROLE

We have an exceptional in house, part time role for a Solicitor 5+ PQE with a Funds or Finance background to handle a combined knowledge management and commercial role

You will be providing support an in house legal department on the following matters;

Drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements

Company Secretarial duties

The role will also involve providing know how support, regulatory updates and training to the legal team and business teams

Creating and maintaining legal precedents, templates and reference materials.

THE CANDIDATE

You will ideally have 5-10 PQE corporate transactional, fund or finance experience gained in private practice or in-house.

Excellent technical and drafting skills with a solid law firm grounding

You will be ready to make a career move in house to a part time role working 3 days per week
