Our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Principal Associate to join their Sheffield office. There is great work on offer and this is an exciting time to join the firm as they grow their Northern Corporate practice.

The firm has modest chargeable hour targets and can offer excellent progression with this role for the successful candidate.
Description
The Corporate Principal Associate will join a growing Sheffield office and you will work closely with the Leeds Corporate team. You will get involved in high quality Corporate work including private equity, acquisitions and disposals, mergers and joint ventures. The successful candidate will be encouraged to network across Sheffield and also support junior fee earners in the team.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor or Corporate Principal Associate who is confident to run their own transactions. Experience of working in a large firm would be helpful.
