TRAINING CONTRACT, ABU DHABI

PARALEGAL, CORPORATE COMMERICAL AND TMT/IP, ABU DHABI

This is an extremely rare opportunity for a high quality paralegal to be supported through an in-house training contract in order to become a UK qualified solicitor. Joining a very close team of lawyers, you'll help drive projects forward and become an essential part of the group.

CLIENT: The global technology market continues to expand, and this particular client of ours is one of numerous organisations spearheading the UAE's drive along the path of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

ROLE: You will be supporting a small but well qualified legal team across general corporate and commercial work, as well as anything else that may come up. You'll need to confident enough to review first drafts of contracts, offer initial feedback to senior lawyers, amend documents accordingly, and act as an organiser and coordination point for the busy team.

CANDIDATE: There are some key considerations that the client is looking for:

- Ideally someone who has worked in-house in a recognised corporation, or international law firm.
- Ability and desire to support a strong legal team across many different areas.
- A general corporate / commercial skill set is ideal.
- Any exposure to TMT or IP work will be very beneficial.
- Note you will need to be located in, or move to Abu Dhabi.
