Head of Residential Property - Coventry

Excellent new opportunity for an experienced residential conveyancing lawyer to join this well-liked and established firm based in Coventry.

Our client is a respected local firm with an excellent reputation for residential conveyancing work across Coventry and Warwickshire and beyond.

The firm now seeks to appoint a Head of Residential Conveyancing to lead the deparment through the next stage of its growth. An experienced residential conveyancing lawyer with at least 6 years pqe, you'll bring strong experience of handling residential sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity relating to freehold and leasehold properties. You'll also be a confident developer of relationships with local brokers, estate agents and other intermediaries. Supervisory and/or management experience would be preferred though not essential.
