The Role

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Corporate Solicitor 1-4+ PQE to join their outstanding and progressive London City practice.

As previously mentioned, this firm is highly reputable in all areas, including Corporate. The quality of each person acting within this department is of the highest standard; the senior members/directors have a vast knowledge and have even been recognised by national publications including IT Law, Legal 500 and the Chambers and Partners' Guide to the Legal Profession to name a few.

They deal with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Company incorporation, advising on Governance issues, shareholder and investment agreements, mergers and acquisitions and advising on more complex disputes arising from any of the above.

Requirements

• You will be a Corporate Solicitor 1-4+ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• You will be able to and comfortable in managing/developing client relationships
