Our client is a respectable law firm based in Blackburn, who are now looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their high street practice in Blackburn due to ongoing organic growth and to fit in with the firms impressive expansion plans for 2022 and beyond.

The Residential Conveyancing Solicitor role will be working on a mixed and varied caseload of up to 100 residential property files(including Leasehold and New Build) and requires candidates to have at least 2 years’ post qualified experience as a practicing Conveyancing Solicitor.

The ideal Residential Conveyancing Solicitor will be ambitious, have strong conveyancing technical skills, be organised and above all be extremely client care orientated. This role will require people skills and a requirement to work unsupervised.
