This legal 500 ranked firm is looking for an experienced Corporate Solicitor to join their team. Last year this firm was awarded a number of awards by the Legal 500 including Top Tier status, 'Leading Firm' and awards for individual lawyers. The firm is an independent regional firm that covers both personal and business legal matters.
The Corporate team is looking for a Corporate Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join the leading corporate team. The team is led by three partners and has acted on high profile deals.
Your case load would include M& A transaction, managing disclosure process, preparing disclosure letters, companies house forms, share transfers, being involved in reviewing and reporting on transactional documents, sale and purchase agreements, tax covenants, general corporate support and more.
