An exciting opportunity now exists for a restructuring associate to join a leading international law firm’s practice in the heart of London.
The ideal candidate must have at least two years of business restructuring experience and hands-on experience of financial restructuring. The role will suit a driven and ambitious individual who is confident working directly with clients.
You will be:
working on transactional insolvency mandates, including advising in connection with CVA's, pre-packs and issues arising in connection with trading administrations;
advising the major clearing banks and alternative lenders in connection with distressed work-outs;
working closely with our leveraged finance team to help ensure early engagement and maximise the prospect of a successful restructure.
