We're currently working with a multinational specialist IP firm of Patent attorneys and Patent litigators to source them a 3-7PQE Commercial IP Solicitor for their London office.

This is a great time to join an award winning IP firm that are undergoing an exciting growth period. You will be working alongside an experienced partner who is internationally renowned for their work.

The Firm:

  • Ranked in the FT's list of leading Patent Law Firms for the fourth year running.
  • Boasts an impressive global client base across the worlds leading markets, ranging from SME's to multinational blue chip companies.
  • The work is often top market, they've recently won landmark supreme court case against the likes of Apple and Huawei.

The Role:

  • Seeking a non-contentious Commercial IP lawyer between 3-7PQE
  • Providing IP advice in relation to patents and trademarks.
  • Commercial contracts such distribution and agency contracts, manufacturing agreements, consultancy agreements, franchise, and services contracts.
  • Element of Data Protection work in respect of data security breaches.

The Candidate:

  • Training gained at a recognised legal practice
  • Exposure to large clients and significant commercial cases
  • At least three years’ post qualification experience either at a specialist IP law firm or another large firm.
