Locum Childcare Solicitor

Sellick Partnership is currently working with a well-respected local authority who is looking for Childcare Solicitor on a locum basis to join their team. This position offers the flexibility of working fully remotely, and it is likely to be a long term assignment.

The duties and responsibilities of the successful Childcare Solicitor will include:

• Handling a caseload of care proceedings and pre proceedings
• Attending meetings
• Non-accidental injury
• PLO files
• Conducting advocacy where required

Our client is open to considering applications from Childcare Solicitors from both public and private sector backgrounds as long as there is relevant public childcare experience demonstrated. On offer is a competitive hourly rate and flexible working arrangements.
