Banking Lawyer - 5+ PQE
Location: Bristol
Our client is a Top 50 international law firm with a leading reputation for both national and international Banking and Finance work. They are now looking for an experienced lawyer to join their successful team here in Bristol.
You will provide a full range of advice on financial matters such as finance transactions (in particular corporate financings and acquisition finance deals) as well as restructuring amongst other general banking transactions. Our client boasts an enviable client base made up of numerous FTSE 100 companies and other international names.
