Description
The successful Real Estate Paralegal candidate will have the following responsibilities:
Manage own caseload of high volume property sales, handling both shared
ownership and outright sales;
Assist with stair casing matters and residential acquisitions
and disposals;
Submitting AP1 and SDLT forms.
AML compliance.
General admin.
Profile
The successful candidate will have experience in a similar role and have their LLB.
