Are you an experienced agricultural or commercial property solicitor looking to join a busy agricultural team in Cornwall?

This is your chance to join a super busy and established team and progress your career. One of the most reputed law firms in Cornwall is looking for you!!

In this role you will advise agricultural and landowner clients on all their agricultural and commercial property needs. This is interesting, complex, and high value work and includes advising on the sale and purchase of farms as a whole or in lots, farm business tenancies, rights of way matters and all property aspects of business transfers.

You will form part of the wider commercial team, providing bespoke and fluid solutions for your clients.

About you:

Ideally you should have at least 2 years PQE within commercial and/or agricultural property matters. Those with a general commercial property background and an interest in becoming an agricultural specialist should definitely get in touch.

This team is based across Cornwall - so you will be living in the Devon/Cornwall area, although if preferred predominantly working from home (possibly 3 days/week). You should be close enough to (when allowed) be able to visit clients across the county.

This role may interest a relocator looking to move to Cornwall and experience all this beautiful county has to offer. Ideally you will already have ties to the region, or perhaps looking to return after a period of living elsewhere.

This an urgent requirement and exclusively with G2 Legal.

Excellent salary + relocation allowance + bonus + healthcare + Gym Membership and many more benefits.

Contact Paul Norman now for a private off the record conversation about this and other vacancies across Cornwall and the South West region.
