JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
PQE: 1+ years
LOCATION: London/Remote
SALARY: Market Rate DOE

THE ROLE:
This multi award-winning firm is looking to expand on its team of expert conveyancers and recruit both qualified and non-qualified conveyancers with a minimum of 1 + years’ experience of running their own busy caseload in residential conveyancing. This opportunity is being offered full time and is 100% remote working.

THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE. You must have experience of running your own busy caseload from instruction through to completion and post-completion. It is essential to be confident in all aspects of residential property law and possess a sound knowledge and understanding of Help to Buy transactions, unregistered land, complex leaseholds, new build transactions and rights to buy. A strong technical ability together with being self-motivated to deliver a high-quality service whilst managing and adhering to tight deadlines is vital. Our client operates a paperless environment so you must be conversant in case management systems.
