Our client is a thriving boutique City law firm - they are now looking to recruit a Support Team Assistant to join their office based in the heart of the city.
The Support Team Assistant will provide support to the London office working very closely with their busy facilities department.
You will ideally have some form of office administration experience gained from a professional services environment, ideally experience gained from a law firm.
This is a full time, permanent position, hours for this role are standard 9:30am-5:30pm. This position will be fully office based 5 days a week. The role will be paying up to £32,000 plus benefits!
Your responsibilities as a Support Team Assistant:
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Making teas and coffees for clients
- Dealing with meeting room bookings
- Basic reception duties
- Working closely with the print room team
- Book rooms, organise catering and other requirements for events and meetings
- Involvement with BD, Marketing and Events
- Some secretarial duties including typing of documents and letters
Requirements as a Support Team Assistant:
- Previous Office administration experience gained from a professional services environment
- Highly skilled on all MS Office applications
- Ability to be flexible to meet the demands of the work
