As a Resourcer, it will be your job to support the principal recruitment consultant with certain tasks.
This includes candidate name gathering, interviewing, candidate management, database maintenance and ensuring quality assurance compliance.
Duties include:
To ensure your success, we will enrol you from day one into our bespoke in-house training programme which will provide you with all the tools you need to be a high earning and profitable recruitment consultant.

- Networking and advertising to potential candidates
- Identifying skills to match appropriately with vacancies
- Dealing with general queries
