Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Chester – £33,000 - £40,000
Legal 500 recognised, full-service law firm in Chester are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their established residential property department.
The firm are well ranked in the Legal 500 and have a strong residential property department with over 25 in the team across their offices.
You will likely be a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (ideally 2yrs+ PQE, all PQE levels considered however), Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive used to managing the full spectrum of residential property matters. Reporting directly to the Head of Residential Property, you'll be involved in assisting with the running of the team as well as your own caseload.
You will be used to working with little/no supervision and will also play an active part in networking/developing new business. As an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you'll also be expected to oversee/supervise more junior members of the team, therefore, managerial/supervisory experience may be beneficial.
