THE ROLE
We have a new vacancy for a qualified Lawyer c 4+ PQE to join the business as a Risk Manager
Key Responsibilities will include;
Providing legal support to the risk management team. Overseeing the review of reports/professional indemnity claims and providing legal input on liability issues
Delivery and implementation of a risk management programme, presentation of risk management seminars and workshops. Participation in risk management reviews
Providing advice on regulatory changes and developments in the insurance industry.
THE CANDIDATE
You will ideally have a background handling professional indemnity claims in the insurance industry and a sound understanding of the insurance market
You will have the confidence to work closely with brokers, managing the delivery of findings and recommendations arising from reviews.
