Commercial Litigation Associate - NQ-1PQE

Pure Search are instructed on an exciting opportunity for a newly-qualified associate looking to build their career at a litigation-only practice.

The Firm:

Our client is a relative newcomer on the litigation scene but with significant clout behind their growth and development, having been founded by the heads of litigation at leading US and international law firms in the City. Having worked closely with the firm since day 1, helping them make their first hires, they are now looking to make a further hire at NQ-1PQE for a litigator who is looking for a role that will offer genuine opportunity in a very entrepreneurial environment.

The firm are conflict-free, which means they can offer a more agile service and take on very high-qualify matters, working alongside partners who have a proven track record in the disputes space. There is also significant scope for the right individual to play a role in having a say in the future growth and development of the firm, with scope to manage paralegals.

The Role:

The role will expose you to high quality international disputes and investigations work, focusing primarily on business fraud, financial markets disputes, asset tracing and financial crime.

You will be provided with a platform to develop your career in a way that you're unlikely to find at larger City firms, with exposure to some of the most well-known names in the disputes market from day 1. There will be a strong learning and development structure in place, encouraging associates to have a meaningful involvement in clients and cases and taking on as much responsible as you can handle.

About You:

You will have gained at least six-months litigation experience during your training contract at a leading City or national law firm and be looking to join a firm that is going places. You will join an enterprising team and work on a broad range of high-profile and complex commercial and financial markets litigation, whilst also having the chance to have a genuine contribution and say over how the firm develops and grows moving forward.
