The Role:
- The Patent Litigation Lawyer will sit within the life sciences team, conducting high-profile disputes in the High Court, Court of Appeal, Supreme Court and CJEU
Desired Skills:
- To succeed as the new Patent Litigation Lawyer you will have worked in a well-regarded life sciences firm, gaining significant pharmaceutical patent litigation experience
- You will work with a strong client-focused approach and proactive attitude
- A first degree in molecular biology, biochemistry or chemistry would be advantageous but is not essential
