As the new Commercial Property Paralegal, your duties will include:  

• Preparing and drafting Legal and Court Documents 
• Conducting research 
• Client interaction 
• Fee earning duties 
• Telephone duties  

Desired Skills:  

• Extensive property experience, ideally within Commercial Property 
• As the new Commercial Property Paralegal, you will have ideally completed your LPC, to aid internally progression  
• Excellent IT and verbal and written communication skills  
• Initiative and ability to work in a team.
