Head of Risk & Compliance | Southampton | Salary up to £80,000

The Role:

The Head of Risk & Compliance will focus on a varied range of matters, with full support from the existing management team. 

You'll be working closely with the firm's COLP to ensure standards are maintained and implemented where necessary. Typical matters include:

• Dealing with Solicitors Regulatory Authority 
• Adhering to accreditations requirements 
• Liaising with various other bodies including The Law Society and the SRA
• Handling complaints
• Advising on risk and compliance issues
• GDPR compliance
• Working with colleagues on the ongoing development and implementation of Risk & Compliance training
