A long-standing, well-respected law firm based in the heart of Burslem, this firm offers its new Corporate & Commercial Solicitor an interesting and varied role, including:
- Drafting and advising on a wide range of commercial agreements, partnership agreements, sale of goods contracts, franchising agreements along with confidentiality and data protection and supply of services contracts
Desired Skillset:
To thrive as the new Corporate & Commercial Solicitor you will:
- Boast around 5 plus years of experience within a respected firm
- Be expected to come into the office at least one day a week, to bond with the team and enhance company culture
- Hold 5-7 years PQE+
