This is a fantastic new opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer to join a well known local firm based in their office in Liverpool! Offering a fantastic salary of up to £40,000, along with the opportunity for hybrid working and a low-volume caseload, this role is perfect for SRA or CLC qualified Conveyancers with at least 1 year of experience.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Dealing with a variety of Residential Property matters, including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgage and new builds, amongst others
• Handle a low-volume caseload from inception to post-completion
• Work with Directors to help the department and wider firm grow with networking and business development
• Work for a local client base, dealing with them in a friendly and positive manner and keeping them updated throughout the process

Ideally, you will be a qualified Solicitor or a Licensed Conveyancer with at least 1 years' experience dealing with your own Conveyancing caseload. You will be confident with your ability to deal with a wide variety of Conveyancing matters, and be able to deal with claims to post-completion with ease. Due to the client base being largely local, having a positive and friendly client service persona is essential!
