Tremendous opportunity to join an established firm in the South Lakeland area who are seeking a Conveyancer to join their team, due to an increased amount of instructions from their local client base, as well as an upturn in referrals from other departments

The firm have had several successful years on the bounce and are continuing to grow to meet their long term plan.

The ideal Property Lawyer:

• You will ideally have gained 2 years' experience as conveyancing fee earner
• Have the ability to deal with a varied caseload that will include sales, purchase, shared ownership, registered & unregistered land, transfer of equity and both leasehold & freehold transactions.

• Salary for this is in the region of £32,000 - £45,000 with a target of 3x annual salary.
