Banking Associate

We at Interlink have been instructed by a legal 500 law firm looking to expand their Banking team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is wishing to progress their career at a well-established firm who places an emphasis work life balance.

The successful candidate will be qualified with up to 7 years post qualification experience and are qualified to practice law in England and Wales or equivalent. Banking lawyers with more experience will also be considered and encouraged to apply.

The Role

• Acting for international financial institutions, this includes challenger banks and clearing banks, asset-based lenders, private equity and financial investors, high net worth individuals and corporate borrowers.
• Advise on a broad and varied range of banking transactions including general banking transactions, acquisition finance, real estate finance, project finance and asset-based lending.
• Advise on senior debt and unitranche structures
• Advise on complex, cross boarder transactions
• The team works closely with the private equity and corporate team
