Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer in Derbyshire looking to join one of the region’s best-regarded law firms?
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Fee Earner, to join a highly reputable Derbyshire based law firm, within its Derby office.
As an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be working alongside the wider Conveyancing department, handling your own caseload of all local Residential Property work, and providing support and training to the junior conveyancing team members.
You'll be a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer (NQ+) and you will have previous Conveyancing experience, either prior and during your training contract or post qualification. You will be working on all aspects of residential conveyancing from instruction through to completion, and you must be able to demonstrate technical knowledge on all aspects of the process. You will have paralegal support with your own caseload, but you will also work closely with the Head of Department in supporting and leading the wider team to ensure the conveyancing department as a whole continues to develop and grow long-term.
