This is a rare opportunity for a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Executive to join our client's in-house legal team.
Client Details
Our client is a public body responsible for co-ordinating transport services across the North-West and Manchester.
Description
As a Commercial Real Estate Solicitor/Legal Executive you will have experience in managing complex commercial real estate and development projects and transactions through to completion. As part of a supportive and valued Legal team, you will be exposed to a diverse and interesting workload and have the opportunity to be involved in complex land transactions for development schemes together with other general areas of law depending on experience.
