Legal Counsel

A global technology brand is seeking a Legal Counsel to join their team on a 12-month maternity contract.

You will be part of the product team working at the forefront of technological projects, providing cross-team support on digital transformation activities within the Legal Function

The ideal candidate will be comfortable with commercial contract negotiation as well as communication with digital content partners.

A nice to have: payment processing experience or PSD2.

• The position is 2 days a week in the office in London and 3 days from home (full time role).
• Daily rate: £600/day (inside of IR35)
• Length: 12 months
• Start date: Mid- August
