A new opportunity has become available with a leading, regional firm to join their Guisley/Bingley branch. This well established firm and looking to recruit a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive to manage a caseload of matters including Wills, Powers of Attorney and Probate and would be suitable for either a NQ solicitor or an established Solicitor/Executive looking for the next step in their career.
The successful applicant will be joining a welcoming team with a wealth of knowledge and experience to support them. The workload would also be split over the two offices so travel between Guiseley and Bingley would be required.
As a Wills & Probate Solicitor/Legal Executive within the firm, you will run a caseload of client matters, dealing with matters at all stages, from taking the client’s initial instructions, will drafting, dealing with the preparation of lasting powers of attorney and the administration of estates.
